This is a quick Delicious recipe to add a little homemade sunshine to your morning. Not to mention it's packed with fiber, protein, and essential fatty acids :)

Hot Muesli
- 1/2 Cup Oats (I like steel cut but you can also use large flat oats)
- 1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- Dash Vanilla
- 1 Apple, grated
- Handful Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- Cook your oats as directed on package
- Just before they have reached desired consistency add cinnamon and vanilla
- Mix in pumpkin seeds and cook for additional minute
- Mix grated apple and oats in bowl
- Enjoy!
i do this all the time for the kids, but we stir in the yogurt so its not as hot. they love it!
